Location/Division Specific InformationThis is a home-based position.Discover Impactful Work:ThePPD Associate Feasibility Managerleads the setup, survey programming, securing of resources and overall conduct for allocated feasibility studies according to timeline, quality standards and client expectations for all phase study type awards.A day in the Life:Leads internal planning meetings, training calls, client Kick Off Meeting and interim client teleconferences.Collaborate on the initial site list development (initial site prioritization).Ensure accuracy and quality of survey data, including review and QC of departmental deliverablesDevelop relationships with internal departments to ensure delivery of high quality feasibility / site identification assessments.Oversee and analyze project status to ensure successful completion of milestones, timelines and deliverables.Serve as the primary point of contact for the department and liaises cross-functionally.Work with team to identify potential risks and out of scope activity; discuss contingency plans and identify risk trendsAssist in the development of the feasibility budget, manage feasibility hours for assigned projects.May act as support for senior team members on larger and/or key client projectsKeys to Success:EducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualificationExperiencePrevious feasibility experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the jobIn some cases an equivalency, consisting of appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesStrong judgment and decision-making skillsStrong analytical skills in reviewing data to make effective decisionsStrong project management skills as shown through management of multiple projects, with cross-functional and client interactionStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal, problem solving and conflict resolution skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyGood knowledge of regulatory guidelines and directivesGood understanding of budgeting and forecasting, and managing to contractual expectationsStrong digital literacyBenefitsWe offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
