The individual will primarily provide transactional legal support for built-transfer agreements (“BTAs”) and, merger and acquisition (“M&A”) transactions. Depending on the individual’s background and interests, the role may also include a variety of other matters supporting utility-scale onshore wind energy, solar energy, and energy storage transactions in the U.S. The successful candidate must be inquisitive, detail-oriented, team-oriented, and comfortable being part of a growing and dynamic corporate environment.
