Roblox is looking for a highly motivated, experienced and dynamic Assistant Controller to help scale a best in class Accounting organization. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Assistant Controller will work closely with the Controller and senior leadership to manage accounting operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support strategic financial initiatives. To be successful in this role, you should possess strong technical accounting expertise and knowledge of US GAAP, excellent leadership skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and work well with a diverse team.
This position will report into the Corporate Controller and will be based in San Mateo, CA (hybrid).

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.Annual Salary Range$233,430—$274,080 USD
