Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Finance or related field.Passion for the investments business with a broad understanding of asset classes and portfolio analysis.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable with formulas, performance methodology and risk analytics.Ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Ability to multi-task while delivering results with qualityAudit and controls focused.Business proficiency in Japanese and a good command of spoken and written English.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with Python.Knowledge of regulation, platform, and workflow management.ABOUT USJ.P.
