You will possess excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively and multi-task efficiently. You will not only observe established procedures, processes and guidelines when performing assigned tasks, but also exercise good judgment and appropriate discretion to drive team initiatives, coordinate projects and produce timely, high quality results that are in line with the team’s objectives and best interests.

Job responsibilities:Prepare regular and ad-hoc client reports on a regular basisPrepare sales-related materials for both internal and external use, including presentations, pitchbooks, and business proposalsDrive initiatives and coordinate communication with internal stakeholders, e.g. senior management, control functions, marketing and investment teamsHandle requests and respond to enquiries from clients/business partnersSupport Client Advisors proactively in all aspects of sales efforts and relationship managementLiaise with relevant internal and external business partners on system/workflow enhancement, compliance- and regulatory-required policies and projectsCoordinate events planningReview and identify ways to streamline sales and operation processes on an on-going basisRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills:University Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant finance experienceGood communication skills, strong language skills in English and Cantonese are required (both written and spoken)Self-starter who is adaptive, fast-learning, communicative, well-organized, and detail-orientedExceptional aptitude for following up and following through on assigned tasksProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in asset management is preferredABOUT USJ.P.
