You will work directly with other IT professionals and business users to deliver productive, robust, and reliable technology solutions tailored to our client’s needs.#LI-DNIResponsibilitiesTake responsibility for production stability and problem resolution of the Quant/Enterprise Technology systems during core business hoursBe responsible for the readiness and effective operation of production environments, including running routine maintenance on file, data store and job control systemsParticipate in on-call rotationsInvestigate complex issues of production delivery, run the root cause analysis, establish a solution, and push it through required steps necessaryIdentify and manage risks, flagging major issues early and escalating incidents as requiredDrive results, productivity, quality, and value for the client, respecting their deadlines and objectives but also being an honest, realistic, and committed partner to themDeploy patches and full stack deployments into productionConduct regular DR testing whilst improving the processPlay a proactive role in proposing technologies, tools & approachesSuggest innovative solutions to business problems/processes that leverage technology to provide marketing differentiation, efficiency improvements, and better user experiencesRequirements
