About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ITAM/ServiceNow Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing ServiceNow’s Software Asset Management (SAM) Pro and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Pro modules across multiple implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles, ServiceNow development, and relevant certifications.What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points—- What the Candidate Will Do —-Facilitate end to end SAM operations and administration including software data quality check, data processing and reporting.Build integrations to collect Software license and usage data from SAAS and custom applications.Configure ServiceNow Software Asset Workspace for publishersDefine SAM program operating model, Resource Requirements, SAM policies and document processes.Bring in best practices related License consumption reporting using SAM tool.Share ideas and implement improvement initiatives in software asset and license compliance procedures.
