JOB DESCRIPTIONAssist with the management of the department, maximize all financial opportunities, and assume the management responsibilities in the absence of the manager and assistant manager. Role model and demonstrate the Company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.RESPONSIBILITIESSell products to customers; perform cashier functionsMaintain compliance with the following: divisional signing, merchandising, recovery, fixtures usage and maintenance standards, divisional folding/hanging standards, stockroom standards, corporate policies, labor agreements (when applicable), freight receiving and freight stocking standards, and safety guidelines and standards
