WHAT YOU’LL DOThis role is to support the rapidly growing Expert Career Track (ECT) in the Asia Pacific region. This is an exciting role with significant potential for growth and further development to shape the new track in the coming years.The AP ECT HR Senior Coordinator will work together with AP ECT HR Director to shape the overall people agenda for ECT, implement change initiatives and coordinate ECT related people process. This role is expected to work independently with Expert consultants, Local EDC team (including MDPs) and multiple stakeholders (i.e., PA sponsors, Global ECT team, regional people team and PA) to support the ECT people process.Your main responsibilities include:AP EDC process-Manage Regional EDC committee including advisor onboarding, allocation and communications

Managing Regional EDC meeting setup, discussion preparation and post EDC action itemsManaging bi-annual PAD and PD promotion process and approval proceduresManaging ECT year-end bonus process for all cohortsWorking local EDC teams to ensure local EDC processes are smoothly run and key decisions are channeled to regional EDC for endorsementBe the WD champion /superuser for AP ECT cohorts and identifying enhancement areasECT onboarding and integration-Supporting onboarding process for incoming PAD and PD: you will be on point to coordinate key stakeholders (local HR, L&D, PA) to ensure onboarding and integration process are set up properly and all critical parties are aligned and connect with the Expert when they join, and regularly throughout their first yearHelping Experts (PAD and PD cohorts) navigate their careers: given ECT is a unique and specialized career path, Experts encounter numerous situations where they will raise questions or need best practice examples.
