The Analytics & Data (A&D) team within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Client Solutions Group owns all the management reporting, customer and product behavior insights, and predictive modeling in support of Wealth Management, Banking, and Firmwide Marketing. The team focuses on high-impact initiatives identified in partnership with senior executives and leaders throughout the firm.We are searching for an Assistant Vice President to join the Client Engagement Products team, as part of the A&D Strategy team. The incumbent will be responsible for leveraging Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s data, analytics and machine learning capabilities to empower business critical use-cases across marketing, sales, servicing, advisory, and other. The ideal candidate would act as a product owner and business architect, perform extensive hands-on analysis, experimentations, evaluation, and testing to design new client engagement data products or new features/components for existing products, define detailed requirements, and drive the implementation. The candidate would have expertise in data wrangling and analysis, machine learning concepts, data organization/design, and architecting scalable solutions. They must also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be adept at collaborating with stakeholders across teams (especially with business partners and technology) to drive business outcomes.
