3000 Davita Way, Deland, Florida, 32724-2039, United States of AmericaGENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOBThe Technical Analyst II, QA (Lab) is responsible for the following:Monitors, reports, and audits the DaVita Labs Quality Management System and Quality Assurance programs in accordance with Federal and State regulations, Clinical Laboratory Improvement Agency (CLIA) and Good Clinical Laboratory Practices (GCLP).In collaboration with clinical laboratory lane leaders and teammates identifies opportunities, develops, plans, and executes projects to ensure Continuous Quality Improvement and alignment with GCLP guidelines as well as Federal [CMS/CLIA], State, and accrediting agency [College of American Pathologists (CAP)] clinical regulatory requirements.Adheres to corporate standard policies and procedures related to job performance, customer interactions, employee relations, and information confidentiality.Reviews and maintains technical documents supporting the clinical lab and operations.This position reports to the Manager, Quality (Lab)
