The Americas (AMS) Construction & Workplace Program Manager, will successfully delivery all of Aptiv’s real estate capital projects in accordance with our requirements, cost, quality, and delivery timing. You will coordinate, oversee, and drive project planning, execution, and demobilization activities to ensure the orderly completion of project scope. You will play an instrumental role in the creation and implementation of standards and practices related to workplace strategy, project management, design, contracting, and cost controls.You will report directly to the Head of Real Estate Strategy, Transactions and Construction and be given autonomy to have a real business impact and develop global standards necessary for optimal delivery.
