From advocating for seat belts, air bags and graduated driving laws, to being an industry leader in pricing sophistication, telematics, and, more recently, device and identity protection.Job DescriptionTarget and build relationships with licensed health insurance agents/brokers via phone, email, and in person meetings to sell Allstate’s Small Group Health Insurance Products.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect, execute RFPs, and facilitate the full sales cycleEvaluate agent performance and continually recruit new agentsMentor agents in developing selling strategies to obtain new business and retain existing businessTravel throughout assigned territory to relevant sales meetings and seminars (10%+)Actively utilize the internal sales tracking system to validate and record sales calls, quotes, and recruited brokersContinually consult with agents throughout the sales processProvide timely communication to agents on product offerings, network changes, rate changes and plan designs
