For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com.Job DescriptionRole PurposeLeading agile ceremonies and daily scrums • Facilitate team meetings and sessions with the team • Clearly define and organize the team during iterations • Support the team in the definition, estimation, and division of tasks 2 • Measure and monitor the velocity of the team, planning accordingly • Provide status reports on team accomplishments, story points, velocity • Manage timelines, scope, issues and risks in close collaboration with product owners and stakeholders • Remove operational obstacles that prevent the team from achieving the iteration goals • Support the Product Owner in maintaining the Product Backlog and Delivery Plans • Work with cross-functional workstream leads and Business Analysts to gather detailed technical requirements and design specifications. • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for feature definitions and bug resolutions during sprint planning and execution. • Plan and lead the production deployment and integration of components, coordinating deployment activities with operations and engineering teams • Capture and maintain documentation of architecture sessions, integration approaches, technical KPI’s, and best practices. • Conduct knowledge onboarding and transfer sessions for new and departing team members, partner operational teams and provide ongoing technical support to ensure efficient use of technology and systems related to product delivery.
