DescriptionThe Cybersecurity Manager will be responsible to provides oversight for all aspects of system security and program protection planning for systems. Serves as the Program Senior Manager and Technical advocate for all matters relating to planning, organizing, and implementation of cybersecurity requirements.Supports customers at the highest levels in the development and implementation of doctrine and policies. Applies know-how to government and commercial common user systems, as well as to dedicated special purpose systems requiring specialized security features and procedures. Coordinates analysis, design, and development of security features for system architectures. Assists with designs, development, engineering, and implementation of solutions that meet Agency Cybersecurity requirements. Responsible for vulnerability/risk analyses and recommendations of program systems and applications during all phases of the system development life cycle. Mentor organization and teams in the development and execution of all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems data assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent compromise. Must be able to weigh business needs against security risks and articulate courses of action to management.
