Hachette Book Group’s Executive Marketing Strategy department is seeking an Advertising Associate – Kids to oversee advertising planning and execution across all of Hachette’s nonfiction and travel titles.The Advertising Associate will be responsible for seeing advertising campaigns from planning & ideation all the way through reporting, providing thought leadership and insights about advertising behavior for kids & gift books, and helping to build out infrastructure and share best practices for HBG’s programmatic and direct advertising. This role will report to the head of the central advertising group and work collaboratively across all of Hachette’s nonfiction publishing divisions.

This is an NYC-based opportunity. Please note our current hybrid model is three days per week in the office.

The compensation for this position is $47,500 - $53,200. Salary can vary based on a number of factors including skills, experience, and location — talk with your recruiter to learn more. There may be times that you will be required (or requested) to work overtime due to the nature of your role or exceptional workload issues or special projects.
