Our consulting client is seeking a no-task-too-small, hard workingmid-level Administrative Assistantto support office operations as well as clients!What we are looking for:3-5 years of experience in an administrative support roleExperience supporting senior level staffKeen attention to detail and extremely organizedPrimary Responsibilities:Responsible for minimal executive assistant duties, including: internal and domestic travel arrangements, expense reports, and travel itineraries for office executivesSet up meetings and events; send out correspondence/preparing meeting minutesMaintain and manage the office calendar and schedule meetings and client presentationsUpdate program database and use internal softwareProcure office supplies and take inventoryProcess mail and packagesSet up and maintain client filesProduce periodic, complex reports and present resultsInterface with vendors and serve as main point of contact for external vendorsExecute communications with stakeholdersDevelop working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal staff
