Lead staff-augmentation team in Bangladesh responsible for CMX campaign activation, inclusive of daily standups and management of work queue.In-charge of ticket management for campaign activations.Assist in mentoring for Ad Operations Associates.Proactively communicate with all internal teams during the entire campaign lifecycle (pre-launch and post-launch)Support daily QA and timely troubleshooting of CMX campaigns.Support administrative duties for Google Ad Manager and other CMX ad technology platforms.Manage escalations for technical troubleshooting across buying platforms.Optimize, enhance, and document changes in process for Ad Operations to maximize efficiency across the team.Required Qualifications:5+ years experience in Ad Operations, Ad Tech, or Media Operations2+ years experience with various ad serving platforms (Campaign Manager, Google Ad Manager, etc.)2+ years experience working with third-party tags for impression, viewability, and IVT tracking2+ years experience coaching and leading offshore teamsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Workfront and other project management toolsUnderstanding of Rich Media, Mobile, and Video adsExperience working with DSPs (Trade Desk preferred), SSPs, and/or ad serving platformsStrong internal and external communication skillsAbility to thrive in, a fast-paced environmentDetail oriented; possessing critical thinking, analytical and highly organizedStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesA team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience) required.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $199,144.80This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
