Collecting and organizing syllabi, building course pages, managing student attendance and other engagement with the academic’s team, and planning/scheduling academic events are all part of your domain in this role. There are great opportunities as well to think about efficiencies and build and improve processes.The successful candidate will be a master of the details, extremely efficient and smart about finding the best solutions. S/he would be very comfortable with taking initiative and being independent. Being comfortable with a bit of ambiguity, having a love for “figuring it out” and a talent for navigating new systems on your own is a big plus.
