The Shift Manger reports directly to the Warehouse Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to safely and effectively leading all warehousing activities such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, loading and unloading, inventory management, equipment and facilities management, problem solving, coaching and developing direct and indirect reports, and upholding a strong culture that allows all team members to thrive! This role requires a strong leader that will set clear expectations, drive accountability, and help create an environment where everyone will thrive.
