Your Background:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental or Occupational Health SciencesTwo to Five years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in manufacturing.Strong leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills.Problem solving and decision-making skillsEffective oral and written communication skillsExperience with Microsoft Office and plant specific software systemsTeam player and approachableCandidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United StatesPreferred:Professional certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM)Experience with behavior-based safety programs and culture change initiativesExperience and/or familiarity with ISO45001 & ISO 14001High comfort level with digitized management tools.Experience with represented workforceAbility to operate within and support matrixed leadership and functional teams.Apply now
